Space Planning
Maximize space utilization by storing high-turnover products in easily accessible locations.

FIFO ( First-In, First-Out )
Ensure older inventory is shipped first to avoid product expiration or overstock.
Step 5
Order Processing & Picking
Accurately and efficiently pick items from inventory according to order requirements.
Step 6
Packing & Shipping
Pack the picked items, prepare them for shipment, and update the inventory system accordingly.
Step 7
Inventory Control & Counting
Conduct regular or cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records, ensuring data accuracy.
